Hi, I recently had to reset my PC. The process reinstalled Windows 10 with all the latest updates. I downloaded the iTunes installation file from Apple. When I tried to install it, it went through several steps a popup appeared with the following message: An error occurred during the installation of assembly ‘Microsoft.VC80.CRT, type=”win32: version=”8.0.502727.6195”,publicKeyToken=”1fc8b3b9a1e183b”,processorArchitectur e=”amd64””. Please refer to Help and Support for more information. HRESULT:0x8… The rest of the message was not visible. I am running a laptop with Windows 10 Home. It has an Intel i7-6500 CPU and 12 GB memory. It is a 64-bit operating system, x64 based processor. Please Help. Thanks , I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
