Hello, We currently have a U.S. patent on a product of ours. However, we are starting to sell our product in other countries such as Canada and Mexico and a few overseas countries. We were told we only had a year from our original U.S. patent to file for a international one which had elapsed. Is there any way we could still protect our products patent from those countries that purchase from us? Any suggestions? Please Help. Thanks ! I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
