The attached PDF file contains the Five Mindfulness Trainings written as personal affirmations (read in the first person). After downloading and printing, you can take the two sheets to a Kinko's and use their self-serve machine to laminate and cut them along their borders into 3 x 5 cards. This makes it easy to carry the personalized trainings with you wherever you go or to place them in your breathing room for reading before and after your meditation sessions. Also, placing a set beside your bed for reading before you go to sleep and again when you awaken is a wonderful way to start and end each day. NOTE: You'll soon have all five memorized ... at which time you can pass them along to a Buddha to Be in your circle of friends. Attachments:
